Because of my relationships, I have helped several buyer clients purchase off-market properties, as well as win in multiple-offer situations (sometimes despite not even being the highest offer presented).

If you are considering selling your home, our first step will be to schedule an initial consultation when I can walk through your property with you and discuss your goals as they relate to selling. By listening to you and learning more about your vision for your property holdings, I will be able to put together the most effective strategy for getting the highest return on your real estate investment.
My approach to marketing your property is extremely thorough and utilizes technology tools that ensure ongoing marketing efforts are targeting the most effective demographic of likely buyers for your property--something that is especially important with the majority of buyers seeing properties for the first time online.
I will personally manage all pre-listing and early marketing prep, write & design all marketing material (where my background in publishing comes in handy) with the help of my firm's award-winning team; list your property on MLS; and oversee ongoing marketing until your property is sold. Working tirelessly for you, I will manage your escrow process once a winning offer has been secured, and ensure a satisfying close that allows you to successfully move onto life's next chapter.
